Challenge
Airlines and online travel agents manipulate ticket prices based on online personas. Different devices, unique search habits, location, language, currency and much more impact pricing strategies. Basically, different people get different prices for the exact same ticket. Another issue left unresolved in the travel industry is that no easily accessible door-to-door travel advice is available for travelers. How safe is my flight? Will I get a free meal? Can I bring my pet along? Shall I take an Uber or the Metro upon arrival?
Solution
Using AI, fine-tuning, and analyzing millions of flights, we have developed for our French-based client an infrastructure and a custom algorithm that is capable of stripping down any ticket price of all factors that inflate the price, resulting in the best price possible no matter who you are and where you are! Using the Twistr mobile app, you can get the lowest possible price for your ticket, get valuable and quick advice on your journey covering everything from safety, meals, drinks, airline experience, transportation advice, airport assistance, and much more!
Impact
Twistr’s unique technology attracted two rounds of seed funding of over 3.5 million euros, the mobile apps were used by over 250,000 users, and it stood out as a unique offering in the travel industry that was way ahead of its time. Twistr was using AI and machine learning since 2017, way before the current AI and LLM commercial craze.

We have partnered with our client in the GCC, Transportr, to build an Enterprise level solution: A Premier digital logistics network in the region using automation to connect customers and vendors. This includes: A Marketplace, a multi-modal logistics solution tailored for shippers, a modern fleet management solution for land carriers, and a combination of web and mobile apps that facilitate all tracking, review, and approval processes. The Entire infrastructure was based on micro-services architecture built for scalability, high availability, and maximum flexibility for change.

Beyond its operational and financial impact for our client’s business, the technology powering Transportr proved that even tech startups with limited funding can still build scalable enterprise level solutions without investing in millions of dollars like large-scale tech companies do. Walleti: Making Cryptocurrency Accessible to Everyone
Challenge
While the cryptocurrency market continues to grow rapidly, accessibility remains one of its biggest challenges. Traditional crypto platforms often introduce complexity through lengthy verifications, confusing user interfaces, and dependence on integrated financial infrastructures.
This results in millions people being excluded from the digital economy. The challenge was to build a secure, compliant, and user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of buying and exchanging cryptocurrencies, enabling anyone to participate in the crypto ecosystem.
Solution
We were hired by Walleti, a fintech startup aiming to make cryptocurrency ownership as simple as purchasing a prepaid card! Users can purchase prepaid cards from retail outlets or online, scan a QR code, and instantly redeem their value within the Walleti app. The redeemed balance can then be exchanged into various digital assets in just a few seconds.
Fusion Second delivered the entire solution end-to-end — including mobile applications for iOS and Android, a compliant backend architecture, real-time wallet management, and integration with trusted third party providers.
Impact
Launched in 2025, Walleti is already attracting strong attention from retail distributors and fintech communities. Its prepaid card model has opened access to digital currencies for users previously excluded from traditional banking or complex crypto exchanges.
